Small Text Generator
Convert any text into miniature Unicode characters that visually appear smaller than surrounding text. Copy and paste the output anywhere superscript-style text would normally require rich formatting. Example: For Example becomes ᶠᵒʳ ᴱˣᵃᵐᵖˡᵉ.
How to Use the Small Text Generator
Type or paste your text into the box above. The small output appears instantly in the second field. Click the copy button to send it to your clipboard, then paste it into any app or social platform.
The output is plain Unicode text, so it works everywhere a normal post or message works. No special font installation is required, and the style stays intact when someone else reads it on their phone or laptop.
What Is Small Text?
Small text uses Unicode modifier letters (U+1D2C and surrounding blocks) and superscript Latin characters that render at a smaller visual size than standard text. It is real Unicode, not a font, so it survives copy-paste.
Where Small Text Works
Twitter bios (where the small size stands out next to normal text), Instagram captions, Discord usernames and statuses, Reddit, and most platforms that support standard Unicode. Some character substitutions are imperfect because the small-caps Unicode range is incomplete for a few letters.
A Note on Accessibility
Unicode-styled text looks fun, but screen readers often skip or mispronounce the special characters. Use it sparingly in places where accessibility matters (long posts, public-facing copy, alt text), and stick to plain text for anything critical.
